Meet our Membership Chairman

My name is Marcia Rolofson and I am the Vice President of Recruitment for the Epsilon chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma. I  have been so lucky to be a part of this incredible organization for the past three years! I cannot imagine my college experience without it. During my time as a Kappa, I have seen the impact the women in my chapter have had on Illinois Wesleyan, the community and each other. 
The recruitment process gives us the opportunity to interact with new members that we feel truly embody our ideals and values. Recruitment during the 2018-2019 school year was a complete success! Things kicked off with a work week. Each day had a theme and we focused on values based workshops. The excitement from work week rolled into formal recruitment. During formal recruitment in the fall, we welcomed 19 wonderful new members! In the spring we welcomed 3 additional new members and our chapter wouldn’t be complete without them. We met some amazing women during recruitment and are so blessed to welcome some of them home. 
With that being said, I am so excited for Fall 2019 Recruitment! I cannot wait to meet more outstanding women and help them find a home. Stay tuned for more information soon!
